Italian Style Sausage Complete Mix 950g (10kg Batch)

A rich tomato based sausage seasoning with a blend of Italian style herbs. Add Around 500g pack to 9kg of mince meat, add 500ml of cold water ( alter to desired consistency), mix till combined, fill into casings. This pack will make a total of 10kg.
