Iwata Professional Airbrush Maintenance Tool Kit The Iwata Professional Airbrush Maintenance Tool Kit IWCL-500 brings together specialised tools for assembling, disassembling and maintaining Iwata airbrushes. The tools are designed for working with components including nozzles, caps, needle packings, O-rings and air valves, with easy-to-follow instructions and diagrams included. Everything is stored in a soft-sided zippered case. Elastic straps hold the maintenance tools securely, while the other side provides room to secure up to three airbrushes. A detachable inner zipper pouch can be used for small replacement parts and other cleaning tools. Specialist Iwata Maintenance Tools Iwata Air Valve Guide Wrench - a two-sided wrench with large and small diameter ends for adjusting main lever spring tension or replacing the air valve. The instructions identify the correct end for each compatible Iwata airbrush. Iwata Soft Jaw Pliers - designed for assembling and disassembling airbrush components without damaging the chrome surface. They can be used for parts including nozzle caps, needle caps and handles. Iwata Needle Packing Screwdrivers - supplied for 1.2mm and 1.4mm diameter needles. The protruding guide allows you to feel and test needle packing tightness while removing, fitting or adjusting the needle packing screw. These exclude Eclipse G Series guns. Iwata Nozzle Wrench - allows the nozzle to be removed or tightened without overtightening. It fits Iwata airbrushes except the Iwata Eclipse Series and NEO TRN2 Trigger Airbrush. Eclipse Series airbrushes use floating, self-centring nozzles and do not require this tool. Needle Storage Tube - protects spare airbrush needles from damage, including bending at the tip. Storage for Tools, Parts and Airbrushes The maintenance pouch keeps the tools together in one compartment, with space on the opposite side for three airbrushes. The detachable inner pocket provides additional storage for spare parts and cleaning tools, making the kit useful both in the studio and when carrying airbrush equipment elsewhere.
