The process is brilliantly simple: select this Pro Universal hydraulic hose and match it with the precise Jagwire Quick-Fit™ adapter kit designed specifically for your brake system manufacturer (such as Shimano, SRAM, Magura, and more). This streamlined approach guarantees a perfect, secure fit every time, taking the guesswork out of your upgrade or repair. It´s so easy. The Pro Universal hose is engineered to deliver a tangible improvement in your braking experience. Its advanced, multi-layer construction is designed to be virtually compressionless, meaning it resists expansion and bulging even under the extreme pressure of hard braking. This translates directly to a firmer, more responsive lever feel and eliminates the spongy feedback common with lesser-quality hoses. You gain more precise control and consistent power delivery from the lever to the caliper, allowing you to brake later and with more confidence on technical descents or in critical situations.CablesAs a core component in the ´Cables´ subcategory, the Jagwire Pro Hydraulic Hose sets a new standard. It is far more than a simple conduit for fluid, it is a high-performance upgrade. The hose features an exceptionally low-friction inner liner that ensures the hydraulic fluid moves with maximum efficiency, further contributing to a smooth and powerful lever action. Its robust yet flexible outer jacket provides outstanding protection against abrasion, impacts, and the elements, ensuring long-lasting performance whether you´re navigating rugged mountain trails, grinding gravel, or putting in miles on the road. The flexibility also allows for cleaner and easier routing around your bike frame and fork.Technical Specifications* Hose Length: 3 meters (3000mm), providing ample length for any bicycle, including tandems and bikes with complex routing, with enough left for future needs.* Included Fittings: Comes with two pre-installed, durable caliper-side connectors.* Installation Requirement: Crucially, this hose requires a brand-specific Jagwire Quick-Fit™ Connector Kit (sold separately) to connect the hose to the brake lever and complete the installation.Upgrade to the Jagwire Pro Universal Hydraulic Brake Hose and feel the difference that professional-grade equipment makes.
