Japanese Katsu Curry Sauce Mix 500g

Our take on the authentic Japanese katsu curry. Empty 100g pack into a saucepan with 600ml of cold water. Place on a high heat and stir continuously, Add 2 tbsp light soy sauce & stir well, Bring to the boil, serve and enjoy. Pair with crispy chicken or pork & rice. Add sliced onions, mushrooms or more traditionally potato & carrot. Try with crispy coated seafood or tofu.
