A unique collection of three of Jelinek’s top brandies Jelinek, established in 1894, is one of the oldest producers of authentic slivovitz and fruit brandies in Eastern Europe, in the Moravian region of the Czech Republic, where spirits have been produced for over four hundred years Jelinek Plum Brandy follows a unique process of allowing the plum pits to remain in the mash during fermentation, which is followed by a triple distillation, giving a delicately fruity and subtly sweet well-balanced slivovitz, coming at a strength of 45% ABV Jelinek Bohemia Honey Brandy is made from Bohemian honey macerated in aged Slivovitz. It has flavours of honey and plums, with a strength of 35% ABV Jelinek Pear Williams Brandy is made from Williams pears from Chile, where Jelinek owns a distillery. It has flavours of delicate pear with hints of caramel and vanilla and comes at a strength of 42% ABV They’re presented in evocative, rounded, fluted flasks
