Jelinek – established in 1894 – is one of the oldest producers of authentic brandies in Eastern Europe in Vizovice, a region producing brandy for over four hundred years. Made from Kordia cherries, cherries perfect for distillation, arriving at the distillery uncracked, sweet and juicy. A harmonious balance between the sweetness of ripe cherries and a slight tartness with undertones of almond, vanilla and dark fruits and comes at a strength of 42% ABV.
