HOW TO USE, THE PART MOST PEOPLE MISS: after shampooing, mix roughly two capfuls into 500 ml of warm water, pour through towel dried hair, leave two to five minutes, then rinse. Start weaker and build up. Wear gloves, the pigment can tint your fingertips. TEMPORARY, SO YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR MIND: no ammonia, no peroxide, no commitment. The colour washes out gradually over your next few washes, which makes it an easy way to try a cool platinum tone before booking anything permanent, or to freshen up for an event. Follow with your usual conditioner on the mid lengths and ends, as the rinse can feel drying on porous hair.
