Heavy duty Jubilee Superclamp built to DIN3017 with a solid bridge for a 360° seal; smooth band helps protect hose covers while delivering a firm, non-slip clamp on suction and delivery lines in tough service. High clamp load with single-bolt adjustment for controlled tightening. Recommended torque 4.5 Nm; maximum 6 Nm; 8mm A/F bolt head. Band width 18mm and thickness 0.6mm (size dependent) for reliable grip without constant re-tightening. Zinc plated mild steel (W1) construction for strong, cost-effective clamping in general workshop and plant applications; ideal where high mechanical strength is needed and the environment is not aggressively corrosive.
