These frozen Jumbo Gambas are plump, succulent and and full of flavour, they have to be tasted to be believed. These are the largest size available and they come 5 in a box. Peel them and marinade overnight in a bag with finely grated Citrus zest - Lemon, Orange and or lime and garlic - You should really use a micro plane for best results. Season them with salt and grill them on a searing hot char grill. Make sure you don't overcook them!
