Classic London Dry Gin - Our handcrafted gin is created in Cape Town, but has a classic London Dry Gin style. Juniper Moon is a classic aromatic gin, which offers the perfect smooth gin for cocktails. Traditional small batch gin - Juniper Moon is distilled in small batches, following traditional distillation techniques. Our artisanal gin is distilled in batches of less than 300 bottles, and is made using a traditional copper pot still. A classic floral gin - This floral and herbal gin features a clean and dry taste, with hints of botanical flavours. Its tasting notes include earthy tones of orris and spice from coriander and grains of paradise. This achieves a fresh and crisp gin, which lays the foundations for exceptional cocktails. Vapour bathed gin with botanicals - To achieve a singularly high-quality gin, we use carefully selected ingredients, which are sourced from both near and far. These are then gently vapour bathed, to create a distinctive and intriguing natural flavor. Taking you on a voyage of discovery - The unique profile of our complex gin is reflected in the design of each bottle. With intricate exploration elements like the compass on the lid, and a lunar navigation chart on the label, we’re taking you on a voyage of discovery through the world of premium craft gins.
