Authentic African Craftsmanship - Handcrafted in Uganda using molasses from sugar cane grown on the Kakira Sugar Estate, with complete production carried out from grass to glass for exceptional provenance and quality. Aged for a Minimum of 5 Years - Copper pot distilled and matured on the Equator in ex-Bourbon and Sherry cask soleras for at least five years, creating remarkable depth, richness and complexity. Rich Tropical Flavour Profile - Layers of ripe banana, coconut and almond lead into a smooth, warming toffee-like finish, delivering a balanced dark rum that's ideal for sipping or mixing. Estate Bottled with Natural Water - Finished with a touch of estate cane sugar and bottled at the distillery using water from Lake Victoria, the source of the River Nile, preserving its distinctive character. Sustainably Produced Heritage Rum - Created on the historic Kakira Sugar Estate, established in 1930, supporting reduced production waste while contributing to local environmental, wildlife and water conservation initiatives.
