Amazon Fitment: compatible with Mini Cooper S R53 3-door (2002-2006) and Mini Cooper S R52 Convertible (2004-2008), 6-speed manual only; also fits the R50 One D 6-speed diesel. Mounting bore 12 mm. Package: 1 x gear knob Material: ABS plastic knob with a gloss black face, silver surround and white 6-speed pattern 1-3-5 / 2-4-6; no leather, no gaiter, no illumination Installation: pull the old knob straight up off the lever - it is a friction fit, not screwed - then press the new knob down until it seats. No special tools Fitting note: do not twist or lever the old knob; if it will not move, let a workshop remove it. After fitting check the new knob does not turn on the shaft Before ordering check your car is a 6-speed manual: R53 Cooper S 2002-2006, R52 Cooper S 2004-2008 or One D. 5-speed One / Cooper need the 5 Speed variant - this pattern is 6-speed.
