This card will allow you to control four M.2 PCIe M Key (or B+M Key) SSDs. For any M.2 "M Key" PCIe (NVMe or AHCI) type SSD only, does not support SATA type M2 SSDs. This controller card uses bandwidth sharing that allows it to work whether or not your motherboard supports bifurcation mode. Advantage: a 4-port card for 3-4 times cheaper than a switch card. Disadvantage: on the other hand, it will be less fast because of this fact than a switch type card (read and write noted during our tests: 550MB/s). PCIe 3.0 card in x4 (compatible with x4, x8, x16 ports) Support M2 NVMe M Key type drives. Compatible with M2 SSD sizes 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280. Screws included. Plug and play, no drivers required to operate. Compatible with Windows 10 and above, Linux.. With High profile bracket only.
