Allows a 1x, 2x, 4x or 8x PCIe card to be mounted in an E, A or E+A Key slot. Be sure to check beforehand whether the E/A key port on your motherboard can accept any peripheral or not (some older motherboards will only accept a wifi or Bluetooth type card on this type of port). The internal part fits into the M2 E, A or E+A Key slot. It is in 2230 format and will therefore fit all formats (2230, 2242, 2260, 2280, 22110), and has the E+A Key. The external part has an 8x PCIe connector. The two parts are connected by a flexible 15cm or 25cm shielded cable (two cables supplied). For PCIe Gen 3.0: does not affect M2 port performance or type (PCIe Gen 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 etc.)
