KALEA INFORMATIQUE USB 3.0 bay enclosure for 2 SATA 2.5 hard drives, with HARDWARE RAID 0 1 0+1 and USB3 5G link.

This external enclosure will accommodate 2 2.5" SATA drives. The drives will be managed either independently or in a RAID array. For any 2.5" SATA drive (9.5mm thick). Compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux, plug and play, no drivers required. Supports SATA 1/2/3 drives. Maximum capacity per drive 6TB, i.e. 12TB in total. The disks are mounted on a caddy and connect to the enclosure via their SATA 15+7 pin connector. The bay is connected to the PC/Server by a USB 3.0 5G link to a type "A" port (cable supplied). The bay is powered by a USB 3.0 cable. The 2 drives can be managed independently or in a RAID MATERIAL cluster. Parameters are set using sliders on the back of the enclosure.
