This is a limited release gift set celebrating the native species of Taiwan. The packaging and bottle label are graced with The Mikado Pheasant, or “Emperor’s Pheasant. The Mikado Pheasant, or “Emperor’s Pheasant,” has a splendid, royal blue plumage and is considered a national symbol. It is accompanied by the Taiwan Barbet and the Tree Peony, symbolising wealth. Including the following three bottlings: Classic Single Malt 40% vol. 700ml , Classic Single Malt 40% vol. 50ml , Distillery Select No.1 Single Malt 40% vol. 50ml. Tasting Notes: Nose: Refreshing floral notes, tropical fruits, honey sweetness and some orchard fruits with coconut shards and milk chocolate. Taste: Tropical fruits of mango, coconut and guava with spicy oak. Finish: Medium with tropical fruits and balanced oak.
