Brepen
A new pen series, but original Kaweco: The Kaweco Original impresses with its elegant lines and clear design. The matt appearance of the surface in particular creates a distinct exclusivity. The purist design of the writing instruments harmonises beautifully with the solid aluminium body, chromated elements and a highly scratch-resistant anodisation. There is a choice of five different spring strengths, from extra fine to extra wide. While the extra fine tip (EF) is particularly suitable for small, delicate handwriting, the extra wide tip (BB) is often used for large, dramatic signatures. For beginners, we recommend spring size M. All fountain pen nibs are made in Germany. While the basic shape is based on writing instruments from the late 1950s, the octagonal shape breathes the typical Kaweco product DNA into the original. The handle in particular makes the writing instrument clearly recognisable, as it has a convex shape unlike other Kaweco series. Thanks to the optimum shaft length, there is enough room for a large Kaweco standard transducer. This can be screwed into the handle thanks to a screw thread. This allows you to refill from the Kaweco ink cartridges in addition to the ink pots. The Kaweco Original is excellently balanced for prolonged writing without a cap. When on the move or when changing meeting rooms, the Original can be securely attached to your desk pad or shirt pocket using a permanently attached clip.
