They are simply attached to the handle and fixed by a twist. The set includes 3 original replacement brush heads from Keuco in white. They are particularly suitable for toilet brushes with chrome-plated handle. The brush heads have a diameter of 6.7 cm and fit perfectly into the holders of the above Keuco series.
