With an outer shell made from water and windproof fabric, the elements stay outside the glove, not getting inside. An elasticated cuff with adjustable, Velcro-fastening strap and roller system seals the weather and cold air out, and keeps the warmth in. They also have a grip on the thumb and palm, making them perfect for manual activities, such as skiing and snowboarding, without removing them. If they do need to be taken off, the gloves have a retaining glove saver clip system to keep them fastened together. Inside the SOCKSHOP Heat Holders Blizzard Comrade Gloves is a lining made with Heatweaver, a plush fur-like fabric with superb insulating and thermal properties, that maximises the amount of warm air held close to the skin. The thousands of fur fibres hold onto body heat and keep hands cosy for longer, but is also moisture wicking and breathable for healthy, dry skin.
