FULL COGNAC CASK MATURATION: Unlike a traditional cask finish, this limited-edition Kilchoman whisky spent its entire maturation in ex-Cognac casks, allowing the character of the French oak to develop fully. ISLAY SINGLE MALT SCOTCH WHISKY: Kilchoman’s distinctive peat smoke and bright citrus character are balanced by rich fruit, warming spice and the influence of Cognac-seasoned French oak. 33 FIRST-FILL COGNAC BARRIQUES: Distilled in 2019 and matured across 33 specially selected first-fill Cognac barriques before being married and bottled as the 2026 release. RICH AND FRUIT-LED CHARACTER: Aromas of ripe pear, apple, honey, toasted nuts and baking spices lead to a buttery palate of baked fruit, honeycomb and gentle salty sweetness. SMOKY, MELLOW FINISH: Bottled at 50% ABV, the whisky finishes with drying peat smoke, lasting sweetness and mellow stone-fruit notes. Non-chill filtered with no added colour.
