Clove mingles with fresh herbs while aromatic honey threads through. Green apples, coconut and vanilla add sweetness and depth, creating a warm, lingering im Finish: Salty coconut and peat smoke linger with an oily-brine edge, followed by clove honey, aromatic herbs and green fruit—apple dusted with smoked vanilla icing sugar.
