Mounting is effortless with a billet aluminum flange requiring no crankcase modifications. The kit includes an Evolution exhaust flange for optimal cone sizing and a black anodized aluminum silencer with versatile mounting hardware. The Polini Big Evolution Minarelli cylinder kit is characterized by a displacement of 94 cm³ with a diameter of 52 mm and a stroke of 44 mm. The cylinder kit is manufactured using technologies proven in competition. The cylinder has an optimized distribution diagram that guarantees maximum power in the high and medium rpm range. This feature allows it to be used both on kart tracks and in the most extreme off-road competitions. The nickel-silicon coated cylinder has 6 intake ports and an exhaust port with a marker to control thermal expansion.The piston is equipped with a 13 mm diameter wrist pin to ensure high engine performance. A special billet aluminum flange is used for mounting on the original crankcase, which does not require any modification of the fairing or hardware.The cylinder exhaust flange is designed for the low-pass Evolution silencer, so the ideal cone size can be used for maximum performance. The rear silencer is made of black anodized aluminum.
