Ideal for ventilating roof spaces on pitches of 35 or above, the Klober Uni-Plain Tile Vent is perfect for clay and concrete plain tiles. It provides a ventilation area of 6,000mm and features an integrated downpipe for direct roof space ventilation. Suitable for mechanical extraction or soil ventilation with an adaptor, it is made from durable polypropylene and PVC. Designed for in-line installation with no need for batten cutting, it prevents entry of birds and large insects. The vent is 300mm long by 330mm wide, comes in various colours to match roof tiles, and should be installed in a broken bond format by marking and cutting the underlay for the downpipe, positioning next to the adjacent tile, and nailing in place before continuing usual tiling..
