Knipex 32022 Fully Insulated High Leverage Diagonal Side Cutters 160mm

This VDE insulated diagonal side cutter is designed for professional live line work. Crafted from chrome vanadium steel and oil hardened and tempered, it features smoothly ground, induction-hardened cutting edges suitable for cutting piano wire as well as hard and soft wires. The tool is built with a forged pivot for extra leverage and heavy insulated handles with slip guards, providing safety and comfort. It measures 160 mm in length and carries standards DIN ISO 5749 and EN 60900 for electrical hand tools, and is insulated to protect up to 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC while withstanding voltages up to 10,000V. A 12-degree angled head aids cutting wires protruding from flat surfaces.
