General description These VDE fully insulated long nose pliers are designed for professional use in live line working. They are tested to withstand up to 10,000V and are insulated for safety up to 1000V AC and 1500V DC. Made from high-quality, oil-hardened and tempered special tool steel, they feature a smoothly ground chrome-plated head with induction-hardened cutting edges capable of cutting soft wire up to 2.5mm and medium wire up to 1.6mm.
