Knipex KPX0206180 180 mm Insulated High-Leverage Combination Pliers

The Knipex 02 06 Series High Leverage Combination Pliers are designed for demanding wire work with ergonomics and strength in mind. They feature multi-component grips and a high leverage mechanism that delivers up to 35% less effort than conventional combination pliers. The tool is forged from high-grade tool steel, oil-hardened in multiple stages and chrome plated for durability. Cutting edges are induction-hardened to about 63 HRC, enabling precise cutting of soft and hard wires, including piano wire, while long cutting edges accommodate thicker cables. The design includes gripping zones for flat and round materials and is suitable for versatile use, with a precise light gap between jaws to maintain optimal cutting edge performance. The pliers comply with DIN EN / IEC 60900 and are VDE tested for safety up to 1000V, providing reliable performance for electrical work.
