Knipex KPX7742ESD 77 42 115 mm ESD Diagonal Cutters

The Knipex 77 Series electronic diagonal cutters are designed for fine cutting work in electronics and precision mechanics. They feature ESD protection to discharge electrostatic energy safely, reducing the risk of damage to sensitive components. A solid box-joint construction with a return spring in the handle provides smooth operation and durability. The tools are polished with a light oil film to resist corrosion, and the cutting edges are hardened to maintain edge life. Variants offer different head shapes and cutting capacities suited to a range of delicate applications.

77 32 ESD: Pointed bevel head. Cutting capacities: hard 0.50 mm, medium 1.0 mm, soft 0.3–1.3 mm.

77 42 ESD: Pointed non-bevel flush cut head. Cutting capacities: medium 0.80 mm, soft 0.3–1.3 mm.

115 ESD variant: pointed head, laser-hardened cutters (at least 62 HRC); jaw length 14 mm; ESD capable.
