The Knipex VDE Needle-Nose Combination Pliers are designed for versatile use in confined spaces, offering easy cutting with a high-leverage joint and a slim, pointed head that helps prevent twisting. The gripping surfaces feature a convex contour on one side for secure handling of flat parts, and the edges are induction-hardened to a hardness of about 61 HRC for durable cutting across soft, medium-hard, and hard wire. A milled groove in the gripping area allows the tool to grasp and pull small parts such as nails, pins, and bolts. The pliers are fitted with multi-component grips and are suitable for work up to 1,000 V, with VDE testing up to 10,000 V, and conform to relevant standards.
