All you have to do is open the QC swivel with a crimping tool, just enough to attach a hook. Then you pinch it closed again. Put a Kicker on the hook to fix it in place and add a Micro Rig Swivel and Hook Bead to complete the rig. A small amount of Dark Matter putty can be used around the loop knot if needed to balance your hook bait.
