A korma is a mild, creamy curry, full of flavour! Works great with chicken and prawns. heat oil in a pan and add your main ingredient (meat/fish/vegetable), cook for 5-10 minutes or until cooked through, set aside. Add the onions and cook until soft and caramelised, add the masala powder and cook for a further 2 minutes, add stock and simmer until the sauce has reduced by half. Add the main ingredient, cream and simmer gently, stirring occaisonally until piping hot. serve with rice, naan and fresh coriander. Gluten Free
