KORUM Smokescreen Bolt Buffer Bead Kit: The Ultimate in Rig Safety and ConcealmentElevate your rig presentation to the next level with the KORUM Smokescreen Bolt Buffer Bead Kit, an essential component for the modern specimen angler seeking performance, safety, and stealth. Smokescreen offers our most advanced camouflage terminal tackle to date, designed to blend seamlessly into a variety of lakebeds and riverbeds, fooling even the most cautious of fish. This meticulously engineered kit provides everything you need to create a perfect, safe bolt rig that enhances bite indication and improves hooking efficiency. The streamlined profile of these buffer beads is designed for minimal resistance in the water, ensuring your rig settles naturally. The primary function of these beads is to create a safe, semi-fixed bolt rig with these streamlined beads. This setup allows the fish to feel the full weight of the lead or feeder almost instantly upon taking the bait, resulting in a more positive hook hold. However, the most crucial aspect is the built-in safety feature. In the event of a mainline break or a snag, the pressure exerted by a tethered fish will cause the bead to easily slide off the swivel, allowing the inline lead or feeder to detach from the line. This fish-friendly design is paramount for fish welfare and is a cornerstone of responsible angling.Designed to be used with inline feeders and leads for a shock style system, the durable, rubbery material of the bead acts as a superb shock absorber. It cushions the force of the cast, protecting your mainline, and also absorbs the lunges of a powerful fish during the fight, reducing the risk of hook pulls. This dual-purpose design ensures both your tackle and your catch are protected.Key Benefits:* Superior Concealment: The Smokescreen translucent camouflage finish melts into the background, making your end tackle virtually invisible to wary fish in clear water or on high-pressure venues.* Enhanced Hooking Efficiency: Creates a highly effective bolt rig effect, using the weight of the lead or feeder to set the hook securely the moment a fish picks up the bait.* Uncompromised Fish Safety: The bead is engineered to allow the lead or feeder to dislodge under pressure, ensuring a fish is not left tethered to a heavy weight in case of a line break.* Shock Absorption: The robust yet semi-flexible material acts as a buffer, protecting your line during casting and preventing hook pulls while playing large, hard-fighting fish.* Versatile Application: Perfectly suited for use with a wide range of KORUM inline leads, method feeders, and grub feeders, making it a versatile choice for carp, barbel, tench, and bream fishing.Main Features:* Advanced Smokescreen camouflage finish for ultimate rig concealment.* Streamlined, low-profile design to minimise visibility and resistance.* Purpose-built for creating safe and effective semi-fixed bolt rigs.* Features a dedicated shock-absorbing buffer element.* Secure friction fit for the included high-quality swivels.Technical Specifications & Inclusions:* Product: KORUM Smokescreen Bolt Buffer Bead Kit* Category: Fishing Equipment* Subcategory: Small Parts, Terminal Tackle* Attribute: Beads* Kit Contents: The kit comes complete with high-quality, reliable size 10 swivels that integrate perfectly with the buffer beads, providing a strong and secure connection point for your hooklength.
