Use this pan for frying steaks, chicken and other meats, also fish and vegetables. As the pan is uncoated you will need to use enough oil to stop the food from sticking. This frying has a fully encapsulated, impact bonded induction base which ensures fast, even heating - for perfect frying everytime.
