Bolha LED pendant light in two different glass versions The Bolha LED pendant light is framed by aluminium caps at the top and bottom of the lampshade. These appear to hold the round, transparent lampshade made of borosilicate glass. A contrasting, wave-shaped tube made of handblown glass runs through the centre of the lampshade and contains the warm white LEDs. The different glass elements create refractions of light that produce atmospheric lighting effects and give the light its special charm. Suspended from three delicate steel cables, the suspension system ends in a brown canopy that harmoniously complements the overall look. Bolha is ideal for use in living areas and above the dining room table, as it radiates light all around and gently illuminates the room. Dimmable via trailing edge dimmer Behind the carefully thought-out design of the Bolha light are designer Valerio Sommella and lighting design studio Anonima Luci. Valerio Sommella has already worked with brands such as Apple and Panasonic and has worked in important design studios between Milan and Amsterdam. Since 2009, he has been dedicating himself to projects ranging from lighting to furniture, from consumer electronics to accessories. He explores the symbolic, formal and functional value of objects. The Anonima Luci studio was founded by Alberto Saggia and Stefania Kalogeropoulos, an industrial designer and an architect who decided in 2018 to combine their technical and design skills by founding the Anonima Luci studio. They focus on products that are more connected to art and the emotional aspect of light.
