Kushi XL floor lamp with impaled opal glass shade Italian design duo Alberto Saggia and Valerio Sommella have further developed the Kushi floor lamp and created an XL version. The minimalist floor lamp consists of a cone-shaped column on a round base, which supports a double-layered, handblown opal glass sphere. The sphere appears to be impaled, as the column protrudes from the top of the globe light. The result is a unique design that can be integrated into many interior styles while providing a pleasant, cosy lighting atmosphere. The white glass of the lampshade allows the light to shine into the surroundings without glare and can be adjusted in brightness using the dimmer switch. Kdln is an Italian lighting manufacturer that attaches great importance to the use of high-quality materials, modern technologies and creative designs. Kushi Floor Lamp XL Black is characterise by its elegant design that unfolds as a striking but harmonious contrast between frame and lampshade. The tall, slim frame in colourful metal is paired with a bulging lampshade with a soft, round shape in colourful glass. The design makes the lamp look like a cotton twig and creates an organic touch. The opaque white lampshade emits a comfortable, glare-free LED light. The brains behind the design are the Italian design duo Alberto Saggia and Valerio Sommella for Milanese Kundalini.
