BRUTALLY FINNISH: Like half of the Finnish population, the idea for Kyrö's all-rye distillery was conceived in the sauna. Our home is an old dairy in the heart of Finland and we must say it produces some pretty good spirits. THE PERFECT SERVE: Drink neat over plenty of ice for a simple serve - or give it a try with coffee for an indulgent treat that’s perfect to enjoy with friends. 100% RYE: It may be the hardest grain to distil due to its temperament, but we will still only ever use Finnish wholegrain rye in our products - be it whisky, gin or liqueur.
