It's made with Shikuwasa (okinawan citrus) juice that is blended with syrup and a neutral white spirit. The acidity and sweetness is well balanced and leaves a finish of fresh citrus in the mouth. TASTING NOTES - COLOUR - Light yellow. NOSE - Sour lemon. PALATE - Good balance between acidity and sugar. FINISH - Fresh aromas of Shikuwasa juice.
