Used on Knorr-Bremse Calipers - type SB, SK, SN - typically found on DAF / Foden / MAN / Mercedes / Scania / BOVA , plus BPW & SAF Trailers. 11point x 3/8"D x 26mm long Brake Caliper Socket ( replaces Brake Caliper Shear/Break-Away Adaptor on the original caliper ) Manufactured from Chrome Vanadium, Manganese Phosphate finish This adaptor is fitted on all new Knorr-Bremse calipers as an OEM part of the caliper, and is also supplied as part of the OEM service kit, along with the dust cover which fits over the caliper adjuster.It is designed to shear/break-away when used, hence the desire for a socket which covers the same application
