This wine comes from the purest grape juice and it alone allows Laurent-Perrier to craft La Cuvée. A blend of 55% Chardonnay, double the usual amount in Champagne, giving the wine its unique personality. Four years ageing in the cellars ensures perfect maturity upon release.
