POTABLE WATER JOINTING COMPOUND: Fernox Water Hawk seals threaded pipe joints on hot and cold drinking-water supplies, for leak-free threaded joints WRAS APPROVED AND NON-TOXIC: A WRAS approved product for hot and cold potable water, made from a silicone compound that does not support microbiological growth WATER, GAS, STEAM AND AIR: Also suitable for Natural Gas, LPG, low pressure steam, air (excluding medical lines), brine and alcohol; tested to BS EN 751-2 Class A PIPES UP TO 25 MM ON ITS OWN: Use alone on pipework up to 25 mm; on pipework over 25 mm, use it with an approved reinforcing fibre SIMPLE TO APPLY: Clean the thread, apply to the male thread only and tighten the joint. Use it when making or remaking a threaded joint 400 G TIN: Thick white-straw paste in a 400 g tin (74 x 71 mm), Fernox code 61023. Reseal after use and store upright at 5 to 30°C
