The hard anodised construction promotes even heat conduction and distribution.The deep sided walls of the chef's pan prevents spills when stirring the contents and also features pouring spouts either side to allowing liquids to be drained away easily and makes serving extra easy preventing splashing.The stainless steel lid is made from 18/10 stainless steel and also covers the pouring spouts to help retain moisture when cooking.
