Le Preare Valpolicella Ripasso

Since 1933, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar has told the story of men and women devoted to the crafting of quality wines: the finest, sincerest expression of a region home to more than 700 hectares of vineyards. Vegetarian wine Intense ruby-red colour. Nose: strong and persistent, with fruity aromas of cherry and plum paired with hints of tertiary aromas such as chocolate and dried red fruit. Taste: it fills the palate with a balanced array of primary flavours and more developed ones. It's high acidity is offset by the tannins. A real foody wine - drink with all red meats, boiled, grilled or braised, even pasta with black truffles.
