An earth cable is essential for connecting your energiser to both the fence and earth stakes. It is also used to create underground connections, for example at gates and passageways.
This heavy-duty high-voltage cable features a double-insulated, 2.5 mm galvanised steel core with low resistance, ensuring maximum power transfer and minimal voltage loss. It is ideal for use as a lead-out, fence, or earth cable, providing a reliable connection both above and below ground.
For the best performance
* Use 1.6 mm cable for distances up to 30 metres
* Use 2.5 mm cable for distances over 30 metres and for energisers with high pulse energy (high Joule output) The practical metre markings along the cable make installation quick and easy, there’s no need to carry a folding rule. Simply cut the cable to the required length. For added protection, we recommend installing the cable inside plastic conduit.
