PRODUCER - Located in the heart of South-West France, our vineyards stretch out over a uniquely rich terroir from the foothills of the Pyrenees to the rolling hills of Gascony. GRAPES - Its production area is the same as for Madiran, facing the Pyrenees. Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh is the fruit of over-ripened, sugar-rich grapes (left to shrivel on the vine). The grapes are harvested manually, after three periods of successive sorting, from October to December. TASTING NOTES - An intense and complex nose of ripe pineapple and preserved citrus fruits which are a sign of this delightful wine’s typicity. Noble aromatic expression and a natural liveliness. FOOD PAIRING - An absolute delight to be enjoyed by itself, in accompaniment to blue cheeses or with slightly sharp puddings such as lemon tart. IDEAL GIFT - This dessert wine makes the ideal gift for a work colleague, friend or simply yourself!
