This boiled linseed oil provides a smooth, aged-looking finish for interior wood, enhancing natural grain while forming a durable, traditional seal. It can also be used as a sealer for porous surfaces such as terracotta tiles and stone floors before waxing. The product is heat-treated to dry faster than raw linseed oil, enabling a practical option for wood finishing and maintenance in interior environments. It is suitable for all types of interior wood except exterior oak and yields a mellow patinated appearance when absorbed into the timber.

Usage

Ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying. For easier application, dilute the first coats with up to 30% turpentine. Apply the oil with a lint-free cloth or brush, rubbing well into the wood. After about 20 minutes, wipe off excess with a clean cloth to prevent sticky surfaces. Repeat once or twice at 24‑hour intervals for best results. Finish with a final coat and allow it to harden for a few days. Drying time is approximately 24 hours and coverage is about 8-10 m² per 500 ml.
