Liberon Palette Wood Dye Ebony is a water-based dye designed for colouring interior bare woodwork while preserving the natural beauty of the grain. Suitable for both soft and hardwoods, it can be applied before oil, wax, varnish, or French polish finishes. It provides quick, uniform results on a range of surfaces such as furniture, floors, doors, cupboards, and frames, and the colour can be mixed with Liberon Natural Finish Varnishes to create unique shades. The Ebony dye covers approximately 2–4 m² per 250 ml, with a drying time of at least 2 hours. It cleans up with water and is approved for interior use. These dyes are available in a range of wood shades and are designed to leave the grain visible after application.

Usage

Ideal for dyeing all interior bare woodwork, the Liberon Palette Wood Dye Ebony (250 ml) can be used on both soft and hardwoods and is suitable for use on floors. It enables quick, uniform results on surfaces such as furniture, floors, doors, cupboards, and frames, and the colour can be mixed with Liberon Natural Finish Varnishes to create bespoke shades. Coverage is approximately 2–4 m² per 250 ml (8–16 m² per litre). Application is by foam applicator or brush, with a minimum drying time of 2 hours. Tool cleaning is done with water.
