This water-based Liberon Palette Wood Dye in Georgian Mahogany is designed to color interior bare wood surfaces while preserving the natural beauty and grain of the wood. Suitable for both soft and hardwoods, it can be applied to furniture, floors, doors, cupboards, and frames. The dye provides quick, uniform color, and is ideal to use before applying oil, wax, varnish, or French polish finishes. The formula is water-based, offering a low-odour, easy-to-use option with simple clean-up. It supports intermixing shades to create bespoke tones and can be blended with Liberon Natural Finish Varnish for tinted finishes. Coverage is 8-16 m² per litre, with a drying time of approximately 2 hours, and application can be done with a brush or foam applicator. Ensure surfaces are clean and dry before application and lightly mix shades to achieve the desired color.
