The Lindab 100mm HD Polythene Self Cleaning Leaf Filter is designed for downpipes & is part of the Lindab Rainline Steel Rainwater system, known for its lightweight, galvanized steel. This system provides a modern, cost-effective, & eco-friendly guttering solution that resists shrinking, splitting, or leaking, while maintaining a stylish look. Each piece is coated with 275g zinc per square metre, protecting against rust & discoloration. The polyester & Aluzinc coatings have a 15-year guarantee & a lifespan exceeding 70 years. Suitable for any building type, the gutters & downpipes join easily without tools or sealants. The SLS fits a 110mm drain point; a BUTK drain shoe is needed for different downpipe diameters. Steel is superior for drainage, being lighter than cast iron, easier to handle than aluminium, & with minimal thermal movement compared to plastic.
