Rich, Velvety & Complex. Sweet treacle and crisp red apples are softened by smooth vanilla custard cream and a hint of cinnamon. Followed by a velvety palate of molasses, chocolate raisins, and nutty macaroons layered with warming spice and buttery toffee, leading to a long, creamy finish of nutmeg and lingering cinnamon. Exclusively matured in Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez, Amontillado, and Palo Cortado casks, these premium woods bring layers of dark fruit, spice, roasted nuttiness, and depth, complementing the distillery character and adding richness to the developing spirit.
