I-SIZE SAFETY STANDARD This child car seat complies with the European i-Size safety standard (R129/03). i-Size regulations are based on the child’s actual height, allowing for a more precise fit to their body structure. The car seat meets the latest requirements for protecting the head, neck, and spine – even in the event of a side-impact collision. ENHANCED SIDE IMPACT PROTECTION: This travel car seat features a durable PP plastic shell reinforced with EPP and EPS foam for effective impact force absorption. The side panels provide additional protection for the child’s head and shoulders in the event of a side collision, improving overall passenger safety. Side-impact collisions are becoming an increasingly common type of road accident. ISOFIX OR CAR SAFETY BELT INSTALLATION The ISOFIX child car seat is compatible with most vehicles – it can be installed using the ISOFIX system together with the car’s safety belt, or with the safety belt alone. This makes it suitable for cars without ISOFIX as well. In addition, the Lionelo Neal includes an installation indicator on the ISOFIX connectors to guarantee secure attachment. FOR OLDER CHILDREN: The child car seat is designed for children between 100 and 150 cm in height (approximately 3–12 years old). The 10-step adjustable headrest and 4-position reclining backrest ensure an optimal fit, adapting to the child’s changing height and needs. The car seat is installed in a forward-facing position. CHILD COMFORT: The wide, comfortable seat with EPE shock-absorbing foam maximises travel comfort even on long car journeys. The included bottle holder keeps drinks within easy reach at all times.
