Premium Flavoured Gin made using a rare native Anglesey apple variety known as the Anglesey Pig Snout Apple (Trwyn Mochyn Môn) - a heritage fruit that dates back as far as the 1600s. A Clean, Crisp Gin - With plenty of classic juniper character, where fresh orchard apple shines through and soft floral notes of elderflower linger beautifully on the palate. Small-Batch Produced- We craft our gins in small batches, with high attention to quality, ingedients and an impeccable finish. A range of distinctive, artisan flavoured gins with locally-sourced and coastal botanicals, herbs and fruits to create a choice of elegant and pleasing flavours and gifts.
